About the job Sales Supervisor - Food Products

Our client specializes in healthy snacks, including raw and roasted nuts, dates, seeds, dried fruits, and sweets. They also offer a variety of cooking ingredients such as herbs, spices, and legumes. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to join their team in Dammam, Madinah, and Makkah.

Responsibilities & Authorities:

  • To generate Sales for the Company by selling the Company's products in the HORECA market and to achieve the given Sales Targets for the growth of the Business.
  • To ensure that we present the whole range of products to all our existing and new clients, also ensures that all the daily sales deliveries should reach our clients in time in Coordinating with Logistics Dept.
  • Identify the potential gaps and aim for horizontal and vertical expansion.
  • To monitor Competitor's activities in the Market by conducting random surveys and countering it by making necessary measures and attractive proposals to our clients so that our competitors may not take over our market share.
  • Follow the assigned journey plan daily and maintain 100% adherence.
  • Follow up sales order and quotations.
  • Collecting Payments from the market as per the Company's agreed credit terms and coordinating with the Finance Dept.
  • Prepare daily market visit reports regarding sales activities and business development.
  • Provide impeccable customer service and attend to customer complaints on an immediate basis to ensure it is clearly communicated to the respective departments.

Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and Negotiation skills
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Organized, quick follow-up, managing projects independently
  • Computer: perfect knowledge Windows & MS Office + ERP
  • Good knowledge of KSA HORECA market
