Summary

VES is looking for a KSA Sales Manager to join our team in Dammam, Saudi location. Manages sales personnel in assigned region, district, or country to achieve business plan goals while delivering the highest quality service to our clients and also ensuring that business implementation aligns with the strategy defined within the area of responsibility. Ensures that all business within their scope is conducted in a manner consistent with all company, legal, and regulatory compliance obligations.

Follows company safety policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establishes sales goals and ensures proper account and product line coverage. Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase sales volume. Continuously motivates and supports the sales team, inspiring focus on goals and achievement of targets. Coaches team members in problem resolution, closing sales, and relationship development.
  • Meets financial objectives by increasing revenue, improving profitability, and optimizing the utilization of resources through effective control systems and sound expense management. Assists in resolving past-due accounts as required. Manages P&L, annual budgets, and implements standardized sales processes and controls.
  • Engages with customers to identify requirements and provides technical advice related to product selection and application. Conducts product demonstrations and highlights value-added benefits as appropriate. Actively solicits orders and drives business opportunities. Builds strong client relationships, understands customer needs, and delivers solutions without compromising company profitability. Effectively communicates value propositions through professional client presentations.
  • Recommends and administers sales policies and procedures. Develops sales strategies, objectives, and plans to optimize organizational performance and talent deployment within the assigned area. Directs and oversees the implementation of approved plans.
  • Maintains current knowledge of customer activity plans and market conditions to accurately forecast trends and develop realistic yet challenging business plans. Reviews market analyses to determine volume potential, pricing strategies, and discount structures. Works closely with the Business Development team to ensure geographic alignment and strategic execution. Recommends product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable offerings and communicates product modification requirements to meet market demands and sales objectives.
  • Participates in management reviews of sales performance metrics, evaluates results against benchmarks, and develops, communicates, and executes corrective action plans to drive continuous improvement.
  • Actively tracks commercial bids and tenders and ensures timely company participation. Develops and executes regional marketing plans in collaboration with the management team.
  • Manages relationships with company distributors and agents, including monitoring and managing company inventory held by distributors and agents.
  • Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
