Regional Account Manager (Alcoholic Beverages) - GCC Region

About the Role

We are seeking ambitions sales managers to join a hugely successful beverage business as they build out their Wine, Spirits & Beer categories Sales Manager, who carry strong experience across the on-trade accounts (casual and prestige) with some capacity to work with some of the GCC's largest retailer accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization with a vast and diverse wine portfolio, ranging from everyday drinking wines to premium selections sourced from renowned global vineyards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand wine distribution across GCC on-trade channels, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, clubs, and wholesale distributors
    .
  • Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key on-trade partners, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
  • New Business Development: Identify and secure new accounts, leveraging market insights and commercial expertise to maximize portfolio penetration.
  • Portfolio Expertise: Represent a world-class wine portfolio with confidence, educating clients on product range and positioning.
  • Commercial Excellence: Utilize strong analytical and commercial acumen to optimize pricing, promotions, and profitability.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to inform category strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in the alcoholic beverage trade
    , ideally within the GCC or international markets.
  • Strong understanding of on-trade channels and their dynamics.
  • Commercially driven with exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Passion for wine and the ability to communicate its story effectively.
