. We are looking for a Senior Territory Lead to support the growth of our Neurovascular division in the Eastern region of KSA.

Responsibilities
  • Knowledge:
    Can discuss current concepts and offer informed opinions on recent developments of products and procedures. Actively looks for clinical improvements. Thorough understanding of products and associated procedures. Can hold credible clinical conversations at all levels and position products accordingly. True consultative approach, adding value and inspiring a sense of confidence in theatre. Acts as an advisor to clinical customers and is a true resource to the team.
  • Customer Service:
    Acts with integrity and reacts to deliver commitments within required timescales. Regularly exceeds customer expectations and proactively suggests improvements.
  • Business Planning:
    Independently plans activity and can justify based on strong business reasons.
  • Sales

    Skills:

    Uses consultative sales techniques to develop business. Can detail a number of options for customers to raise finance for purchases. Has detailed understanding of commercial workings of government and private sector and uses this knowledge to leverage business opportunities for SYK. Shows evidence of ability to win market share from competitors. Always wins. Develops opportunity for cross‑franchise colleagues to win business.

    Supports more junior sales reps in their sales process. Supports RSM with tendering proposals. Shows ability to develop Associate Sales Rep & Sales Rep in their ability to sell to their customers.
  • Developing Others:
    Undertakes mentoring projects independently, checking in with RSM as appropriate. Seeks to understand developmental needs of group and takes action to address.
  • Discretion/Latitude/Impact:
    Works under limited supervision and instruction of more experienced staff. Takes informal leadership role within projects of significance. Collaborates with CFT/SME in determining deliverables. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Demonstrates developing sales leadership skills inter‑departmentally.
  • Establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintaining its continuity.
  • Knows how to identify the correct contacts and initiate connections.
  • Tracks trends, competitors, developments in products and legal regulations in their area and reports to manager.
  • Plans, implements and reports customer/partner visits and demos in accordance with business targets and customer demands.
  • Evaluates the requests for proposals from customers/partners in their area and prepares a complete list of materials according to customer needs.
  • Carries out delivery and installation of materials, provides post‑sales user training and attends the surgery cases.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, medical or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in medical device business.
  • Proven performance 2–3 years.
  • Experience selling neurovascular products is essential.
  • Familiar with Cath Labs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Able to participate in tutoring missions under coaching of the Regional Manager.
  • Can provide on‑the‑job training/support to new team members.
  • Influences others to work collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
  • High performance standards and expectations.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
