Bostani is seeking a talented and passionate Visual Merchandiser to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in creating visually appealing and engaging displays across our stores in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and drive sales. The role will require travel between our locations in Ad Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that are consistent with Bostani's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Create eye‑catching window displays, in‑store displays, and promotional setups to attract customers and enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that visual merchandising efforts are integrated with overall marketing campaigns.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of visual merchandising trends, competitor activities, and best practices within the retail industry.
• Regularly visit stores to ensure that visual merchandising standards are being maintained and make necessary adjustments.
• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve visual merchandising effectiveness and maximise sales performance.
• Manage visual merchandising budgets effectively and efficiently.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising guidelines and best practices to ensure consistent implementation across all locations.

• Proven experience in a visual merchandising role, preferably within the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Creative flair and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging displays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant design software.
• Ability to travel frequently between Ad Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous visual merchandising work.
