Role Overview

As Brand & Sales Manager, you will be the custodian of some of the most recognized names in the beverage industry. This role is pivotal in driving brand equity, executing impactful activations, and ensuring seamless collaboration with the sales team to maximize market presence and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Advocacy

    • Develop and implement brand plans aligned with global guidelines and local market dynamics.
    • Act as the brand ambassador internally and externally, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Activations & Campaign Management

    • Plan and execute innovative brand activations, events, and promotional campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
    • Manage partnerships with agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality executions on time and within budget.
  • Sales Collaboration

    • Work closely with the sales team to support trade marketing initiatives and ensure brand visibility across key accounts.
    • Provide tools, training, and insights to enable the sales team to effectively advocate for the brand.
  • Performance Analysis

    • Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
    • Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within FMCG or beverage/alcohol industry.
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing and consumer activation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
