Production Supervisor - Fabrication; Pressure Vessels & Heat Exchangers

We are looking for a Production Supervisor with strong experience in the fabrication of Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers
. The candidate will be responsible for supervising shop floor activities, ensuring production targets, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with planning and QA/QC departments.

• Supervise daily fabrication activities for pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
• Ensure production as per approved drawings, WPS, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with Planning Engineer to meet project timelines.
• Monitor fit-up, welding, rolling, assembly, and hydrotest activities.
• Ensure compliance with ASME standards and client requirements.
• Allocate manpower and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Report daily production progress to Production Manager.
• Minimize rework and material wastage.

• Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as Production Supervisor in fabrication industry.
• Mandatory experience in:
  • Pressure Vessels fabrication
  • Heat Exchanger fabrication
  • Welding & Fit-up supervision
• Good understanding of fabrication drawings and isometrics.
• Knowledge of ASME codes (Section VIII preferred).
• Experience in handling fabrication workforce
