Production technician is responsible for assembling/installing parts in the allotted manufacturing stage in assembly line as per assembly manual in accordance with the daily production schedule and cycle time in a safe and efficient manner.
Education RequirementsTechnical/vocational training/diploma course or equivalent.
Work Experience Requirements0-2 Year
Knowledge and Skill Requirements- Ability to read and understand assembly instructions/manuals.
- Ability to read and understand the equipment check sheets.
- Familiarity using air/torque tightening tools.
- A sound technical mindset.
- Flexibility/adaptability in working.
- Should be able to lift weights up to 20 kg.
- Should be able to use hands and fingers to grasp, move, or assemble objects.
- Should be able to work in bend/standing position for prolonged time.
- Performs assembly/installation operations in the allotted manufacturing stage.
- Checks and documents FRL (Filter, Regulator, Lubricator) components.
- Performs 3S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize) before and after operations.
- Operates hoists for lifting and positioning components.
- Handles equipment appropriately during manufacturing processes.
- Fills out check sheets to document and track key information.
- Conducts two-minute parts checking to ensure quality and accuracy.
