Develop and optimize product formulations to meet market demands, evaluate raw materials, benchmark technical standards, and reduce product costs while maintaining quality.

• Develop and introduce new products aligned with market requirements
• Assess and qualify new raw materials for product development.
• Conduct technical benchmarking to compare products against competitors.
• Optimize formulations to reduce product costs without compromising quality.

• Degree in Chemistry or related field
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in SAP systems.
• Excellent English language
