Our Mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors, and expanders.

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for:
- Assembling components such as compressors, motors, pipes, and base plates according to assembly drawings.
- Operating overhead cranes and moving equipment.
- Working within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
- Assembling/disassembling, adjusting, and installing mechanical parts to meet tolerance and product operating requirements.
- Performing basic mathematical calculations and using general hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.
- Conducting testing such as hydrotests and pneumatic tests.
- Performing alignment for centrifugal compressors and electrical motors with gearboxes.
- Complying with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental directives and regulations.
- Ownership for completion of QC sheets, manufacturing forms, and work completion forms.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Have 3+ years of experience in packaging lines or similar mechanical activities such as assembly, testing, and piping.
- Have knowledge of packaging manufacturing operations (preferred).
- Have experience in alignment for centrifugal compressors and electrical motors with gearboxes (preferred).
- Be familiar with products such as centrifugal compressors, gas turbines, electrical motors, and gearboxes.
- Be able to read and understand packaging drawings.
- Know safety standards and be willing to use protective equipment.
- Be detail-oriented and mechanically proficient.
- Proficient in English.
