Location:

On-site, Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Director to join our team in Dammam, KSA. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving commercial strategy, overseeing contracts and claims, and leading business growth within the Oil & Gas/EPC sector. • Lead and develop the commercial function, including contracts, claims, tendering, and pricing strategies for major Oil & Gas/EPC projects in KSA.
• Build, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all aspects of contract development, negotiation, administration, and dispute resolution, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships with key stakeholders such as Aramco, NEOM, SABIC, SEC, and Ma'aden.
• Drive commercial risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Prepare, review, and approve bids, proposals, and claims to maximize win rates and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to shape and execute long-term business strategy in the region.

• 15-25 years of progressive experience in commercial management roles within Tier-1 EPC companies.
• Demonstrated success in leading, building, and retaining high-performing teams in the Oil & Gas/EPC industry.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing contracts, claims, tendering, and pricing activities on major KSA projects including Aramco, NEOM, SABIC, SEC, and Ma'aden.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively-both written and verbal-with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Track record of working at two or more major employers, ideally Tier-1 EPCs.
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic language proficiency is a distinct advantage.

• P&L ownership and experience driving organizational growth within KSA.
• Expertise in building teams and commercial organizations from the ground up in the region.
• Background in both project delivery and strategic business development.
