Operations Manager

Description

Amazon Now is seeking an operations leader to support cluster-level operational indexing and performance tracking. The candidate is responsible for managing dark stores and hiring a team that leads day‑to‑day operations/programs. This role involves monitoring key operational metrics across dark stores, managing data accuracy for operational dashboards, and supporting the team in maintaining visibility into network health and performance.

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and launch dark stores.
• Track and index operational metrics including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks.
• Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams.
• Support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches.
• Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy.
• Assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
