We are searching for an experienced Performance Controller – Container Yard Operations at our MEDLOG Saudi Arabia - Ad Dammam facility.

Job Summary:

The Performance Controller is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving operational performance across all yard activities. This role ensures efficiency, productivity, compliance with operational KPIs, and continuous process optimization through real-time data analysis, reporting, and coordination with yard teams and management.

• Monitor daily operational performance against KPIs.
• Track container movements and backlog.
• Identify gaps and elevate critical issues.

• Prepare performance reports.
• Analyze variances.
• Maintain dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy.

• Optimize yard utilization.
• Reduce congestion.
• Identify bottlenecks.

• Coordinate with Yard Supervisors & Control Tower.
• Support shift planning.

• Monitor SOP adherence.
• Track delays and exceptions.

• Assist reviews & budgeting.
• Participate in meetings.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

3–5 years in terminal operations.

Skills:

Excel / Power BI, Analytics, KPI knowledge.

KPIs:
Yard utilization, turnaround time, productivity, gate throughput.

Working Conditions:

Shift based, site based.

Authority & Control:
Report deviations, recommend corrective actions.
