Purpose of the Job

Manage and control of the functional and operational activities of the assigned center by maximizing sales revenue through planning and management of sales (new vehicles, services, accessories, and parts) and budgeting manpower plan to achieve assigned business targets as required by the Regional Management

  • Responsible for contributing to the achievement of revenue, profit, unit sales, GDI and increase customer retention through effective management and efficient distribution plans for the center.
  • Direct center sales and service teams to achieve pre-determine center operational targets by defining and preparing business plans to meet operation targets determined by the Regional Management.
  • Responsible for the managing of the Center Manpower forecasts and the required number of staff are hired and placed in the center to meet company productivity standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the associates to ensure that the centre business performances are met by taking corrective action (hiring and firing) in conjunction with the regional management, whenever required.
  • Responsible for managing the daily functional and operational activities of the different business departments in the centre through regular discussions to achieve smooth business operations.
  • Participates in regular management meeting to submit operational budget plans for the center and cascade to the departments to ensure the departments’ performance confirms to the set parameters.
  • Direct, manage and develop associates in the centre by providing regular feedback and updates to the regional management pertains their performance to enhance the level of associates’ engagement through meetings and dialogues.
  • Manage high level customer escalations or issues arising out of transactional situations by promoting Guest First philosophy to ensure overall center GDI targets are achieved.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate sales and service achievements by initiating center campaigns, promoting center Kaizen activities as well as adjustment to business strategies to achieve set center targets.
  • Responsible for managing a talent pool of center sales and service professionals and coaching team members on the technical aspects of the company's products and services through robust center marketing campaigns and sales promotion techniques, procedures and standards to achieve center sales targets and sustainable growth.
