We're hiring for our client in Dammam, Saudi Arabia

JOB PURPOSE
  • Responsible for setting and implementing the industrial vacuum technology sales, brand and product promotion strategy in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region; building and developing IVTMENA market share, managing daily operations and reporting on performance.
KEY

ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting IVT products and services in the MENA region, controlling costs, achieving CSI targets and maintaining sales reports and corrective plans.
  • Set and manage sales by country targets towards the achievement of sales and brand targets, and implement corrective measures.
  • Monitor and analyze MENA markets, identify opportunities and barriers to entry, make recommendations to the BU Manager-IVT and action accordingly.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports against set goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and product manager on promotions, exhibitions and enhanced customer service.
  • Monitor IVT performance in the MENA countries, research and initiate improvements accordingly.
  • Set and maintain operational budgets towards the achievement of a positive P&L.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as required by the BU Manager-IVT.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
  • Relevant undergraduate degree/diploma.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in the industrial vacuum technology industry, 3 years of experience in a relevant management role.
