The Supply Chain Manager will plan, organize, and direct all supply chain functions by establishing effective strategies, policies, and controls. The role focuses on achieving optimal inventory levels, cost-effective sourcing, efficient logistics, and strong supplier partnerships, while leading the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to balance supply and demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement supply chain strategies to enhance service levels while minimizing costs.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate contracts and supply agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Plan logistics infrastructure and support systems based on forecasted sales volumes and business growth.
  • Align supply chain strategy with financial and sales objectives to support short- and long-term business goals.
  • Conduct market analysis, identify risks, and develop contingency plans for supply continuity.
  • Lead procurement, material planning, logistics, and warehousing to ensure timely availability of materials at optimal cost and quality.
  • Develop and manage inventory control policies to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages.
  • Oversee warehousing operations to ensure safe, efficient storage at the lowest possible cost.
  • Manage domestic and international logistics, including imports and exports, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure transportation, storage, and company assets are properly insured in coordination with Finance.
  • Build strategic partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and logistics providers to drive operational improvements.
  • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with safety, environmental, and corporate governance standards.
  • Lead and manage supply chain teams to ensure high performance, productivity, and accountability.
  • Identify training and development needs and support capability building within the department.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance skills, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a similar supply chain leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Solid understanding of international supply chain requirements and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage suppliers, contracts, and cross-functional stakeholders.
