We are seeking a strategic, user-centered, and collaborative Change Management Manager to join our transformation and people operations team. The successful candidate will design, lead, and execute change management programs that drive adoption, minimize disruption, and deliver measurable business outcomes across organizational initiatives. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, experience applying change frameworks and practices at scale, and the ability to partner across business, HR, IT, and delivery teams to ensure sustained behavior change.
Key Responsibilities – Change Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement end-to-end change management strategies and plans aligned to program goals, organizational priorities, and stakeholder needs.
- Assess organizational readiness, identify impacts, and define targeted interventions for affected roles, processes, and systems.
- Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and reinforcement approaches that increase awareness, understanding, and adoption.
- Partner with program leadership, product, HR, IT, operations, and people leaders to integrate change activities into delivery life cycles and governance forums.
- Develop clear, concise change artifacts including impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communications, training curricula, FAQs, and measurement plans.
- Measure and report on adoption, proficiency, and business outcomes using qualitative and quantitative indicators; use insights to iterate on interventions.
- Coach and enable managers and change champions to reinforce desired behaviors, remove adoption barriers, and sustain improvements.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and learning partners as needed; define scopes of work and oversee delivery to quality and timeline targets.
- Prepare executive updates, change risk assessments, and stakeholder communications to secure alignment and maintain momentum.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles supporting cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to design and implement change programs that drive adoption and measurable outcomes in complex organizations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with experience coaching leaders and building coalitions across teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating communications, training materials, and executive briefings.
- Practical knowledge of change management methodologies and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and experience applying them in delivery settings.
- Experience using data, feedback, and adoption metrics to inform change decisions and demonstrate impact.
- Experience working within agile delivery environments and embedding change practices into product and project life cycles.
- Familiarity with learning experience design, digital adoption platforms, LMS tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams, Confluence).
- Knowledge of organizational design, process improvement, and workforce transition planning.
- Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci), project management, or related disciplines are a plus.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, training partners, and external consultants to scale change efforts.
- Full-time role with a collaborative, cross-functional work model; onsite presence is expected with flexible scheduling options as appropriate.
