We are seeking a strategic, user-focused, and collaborative Product Manager – Digital to join our product organization. The successful candidate will own the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital products and features that drive customer value, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong product instincts, experience managing end-to-end product life cycles, technical fluency with modern digital platforms, and an ability to partner across design, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities – Product Strategy & Delivery- Define product vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmaps that align with company priorities, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Own the product backlog and prioritization process, balancing customer impact, technical effort, risk, and business value.
- Collaborate closely with UX/design, engineering, data & analytics, security, and operations to translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead cross-functional discovery and delivery activities, including user research, prototyping, sprint planning, and release coordination to ensure timely, high-quality launches.
- Define and track product KPIs—such as adoption, activation, retention, conversion, time to market, and customer satisfaction—to measure impact and guide roadmap decisions.
- Use data and qualitative feedback to iterate on products, run experiments, and prioritize enhancements that drive measurable outcomes.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed; define scopes of work, evaluate proposals, and oversee delivery to quality, budget, and timeline targets.
- Prepare executive updates, business cases, and stakeholder communications to secure alignment and funding for product initiatives.
- Champion customer empathy and accessibility, ensuring products are inclusive, secure, and compliant with relevant privacy and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–6 years of progressive product management experience shipping digital products or features in a cross-functional environment.
- Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize trade-offs, and deliver customer-focused outcomes in fast-paced settings.
- Strong writing and communication skills with experience creating product requirements, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations.
- Technical fluency with cloud-based platforms, API-driven architectures, SaaS products, and modern delivery practices; able to partner effectively with engineering and data teams.
- Experience using analytics, A/B testing, and user research to make data-driven product decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without formal authority, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with agile delivery models, product discovery techniques, and platform-oriented product management.
- Familiarity with cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), integration patterns, modern data stacks, and CI/CD tooling.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, information security, and privacy frameworks applicable to our sector.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and managing integrations, contracts, and SLAs.
- Certifications or advanced training in product management, UX research, analytics, or related disciplines are a plus.
- Full-time role with a collaborative, cross-functional work model; onsite presence is expected with flexible scheduling options as appropriate.
