The Head of IT Operations will be responsible to ensure the Operations system availability, reliability, stability and efficiency with written procedures and standards. They will also be responsible to develop hardware and operating systems technical support plan and oversees system installation, configuration and implementation. They will also administer operation jobs scheduling, monitoring, backup/restore and equipment connectivity for best performance. Manage the systems automation at Head offices and across their plants.
The Head of IT will also collaborate closely with the Infrastructure Manager to align initiatives with organizational objectives.
