Business Analyst

Next Era is seeking a dynamic resource who have experience in Telecom Business Analyst role.

The Telecom Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring telecom-related projects meet business objectives. This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and recommending solutions to optimize telecom systems and services.

• Requirements Gathering:
  Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for telecom projects.
• Process Analysis:
  Analyze existing telecom processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Solution Design Support:
  Work with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business needs and telecom standards.
• Data Analysis:
  Interpret telecom data (billing, usage, network performance) to provide actionable insights.
• Testing & Validation:
  Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Documentation:
  Prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), functional specifications, and process flows.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Act as a liaison between business units, vendors, and technical teams.
• Compliance & Standards:
  Ensure adherence to telecom regulations and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in telecom or related domain.
• Strong understanding of telecom technologies (VoIP, MPLS, LTE, 5G, OSS/BSS systems).
• Proficiency in requirement gathering tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience with telecom billing systems and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance such as Communications, Space & Technical Commission (CST), FCC, GDPR, etc.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
