The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales in the manpower field;
Staffing and Recruitment Services
with Minimum 4-5 years' experience in Saudi Market and with existing data base for Manpower services.
Extensive experience in recruitment sales. ( A Must )
Title:Business development Manager ( Manpower& staffing Only) Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing, workforce planning, or talent acquisition.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Understanding Client Workforce Needs.
- Consult with clients to understand their hiring goals, skill gaps, labour market challenges, and workforce strategies.
- Tailor solutions such as temporary staffing, direct hire, contract labour, or workforce training to meet client needs.
- Design customized workforce strategies, including contingent labour programs, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (recruiters, account managers, trainers) to deliver and implement workforce solutions.
- Prepare service proposals, staffing plans, and pricing models.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring legal and compliance standards are met.
