Hiring Qualified - Finance & Planning Manager (FP&A) Qualification

• CA / CPA / CMA
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• MBA in Finance is an advantage

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience
• 5–7 years in FP&A or Financial Planning Manager role
• Experience with in a holding company or multi-entity group structure
• Strong business partnering experience with senior management

The Finance & Planning Manager will lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management functions at group level
, supporting the CFO and senior leadership with financial insights and strategic analysis.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, financial modelling capability, and ability to partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and capital efficiency

• Lead the annual budgeting process across group entities.
• Develop rolling forecasts and long-term financial plans
  .
• Ensure alignment between business strategy and financial targets
  .

• Conduct monthly variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast).
• Identify key drivers impacting profitability and operational performance.
• Provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual management reports
  .
• Support group consolidation and performance analysis
  .
• Ensure high-quality financial insights for executive decision-making.

• Develop and monitor cash flow forecasts
  .
• Support treasury planning and working capital optimization
  .
• Build financial models for investment evaluation, projects, and strategic initiatives
  .
• Support management in capital allocation and investment decisions
  .

• Monitor loan facilities, debt schedules, and covenant compliance
  .
• Support the CFO in managing relationships with banks and financial institutions
  .

• Prepare board-level financial presentations and dashboards
  .
• Provide clear financial insights and performance updates to senior management.
• Utilize ERP systems and financial tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
  .
• Support automation and enhancement of financial analytics capabilities
  .
