Financial Analyst

Eaton Arabia is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and business decision making. This role will work closely with cross functional teams to deliver accurate financial insights that drive performance and growth.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Track financial performance
  , variances, and key KPIs
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Perform cost analysis and profitability assessments
• Assist with business planning, investment analysis, and management reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
• Partner with operations, sales, and leadership teams on financial initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
  , or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A
• Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving abilities
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or project based environments is an advantage
