Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our client. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Finance Manager in the transportation and logistics industry.
• MBA, Masters, or another related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of ERP, Oracle systems.
• Familiarity with courier and express business operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards.

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage and oversee the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
• Manage the company's cash flow, working capital, and financing activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities, ensuring timely completion of audits and compliance requirements.
• Provide financial insights and guidance to support decision-making processes.
• Lead a team of finance professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their professional development.
