• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
• Manage the company s cash flow, working capital, and financing activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities, ensuring timely completion of audits and compliance.
• Provide financial insights and guidance to support decision-making processes.
• Lead a team of finance professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their development and performance.
