Airside Execution Analyst; SMP

Manage and lead the assigned airside projects at KFIA, ensuring high quality through effective management and execution of assignments with respect to time, project schedules and within budget.

• Engage with stakeholders during business case development to obtain budget approval.
• Support in the planning phase during tendering process including (TPS, Scope of Work, technical Evaluation).
• Ensure the delivery and monitoring progress of project activities daily assuring compliance with project timeline.
• Ensure efficient and effective project scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, and cost management.
• Coordinate the work of the project team and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Regularly monitor project progress, conduct meetings rhythmically, identify and mitigate risks, and adjust as needed,
• Ensure compliance with all legal, security and safety requirements related to project activities at airport
• Coordinate with Engineering to review all project's technical submittals, inspections and issue work permits.
• Review and process invoices received from contractors of project deliverables as per the agreed payment terms.

• Manage and adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, costs, requirements or external factors, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to manage the changes effectively.
• Apply Dammam Airport policy and procedure for any variation orders.

• Provide regular updates and generate reports of project status and progress.
• Communicating project status updates to stakeholders and upper management through reports and presentations
• Ensure project documentation, including keeping detailed project notes and records archived in Dammam Airport database
• Ensure project documentation including safety and quality reports.

• Ensure financial close-out by providing all supporting documents including but not limited to warranties and performance ponds
• Accountable for the contractual obligation from Dammam Airport end and Contractor's end to ensure the closure of the contracts.
• Taking accountability by ensuring the submission of all project closure documentation including As-Built, Manuals, Engineering Studies, and project specific certifications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for the final testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
• Transfer "Knowledge" and provide lessons learned and best practices to improve future project delivery.
• Ensure project training required for project proponent if required.

• Lead a cross-functional project team (Contractor, Consultant and Stakeholders etc), motivate team members, resolve conflicts and foster collaboration.
• Resolving disputes among stakeholders (internal and external)
• Negotiation and high effective influence to resolve commercial disputes by obtaining all parties satisfied without impact project scope and timeline.

• Create stakeholder maps or matrices to understand relationships and the level of influence and interest of each stakeholder.
• Negotiate and influence stakeholders positively to gain their support and commitment to the project.
• develop and use communication plans tailored to different stakeholders, ensuring timely and relevant information dissemination.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts
• Ensure External and Internal stakeholder requirements are met by engaging them in project stages within project process.

• Identify, analyze, and develop mitigation strategies for project risks to minimize potential impact.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful risk mitigation and project continuity.

• Work collaboratively with team members by sharing knowledge, providing support, and actively participating in team activities, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
