We are currently seeking a skilled Tube Tube Sheet Welder (Titanium/SS) to join our team in the Oil & Energy sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and quality of welds in tube tube sheet assemblies, critical to our high performance applications.

• Perform precise welding of tube tube sheets with an emphasis on Titanium and Stainless Steel materials
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and welding procedures to execute welding tasks effectively
• Conduct detailed inspections and tests on welds to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards
• Utilize appropriate welding techniques and equipment to achieve optimal results and minimize defects
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment, ensuring it operates at peak performance
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to address any technical challenges related to welding projects
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment

• Proven experience as a tube tube sheet welder with expertise in Titanium and Stainless Steel welding
• Valid certification in relevant welding processes, particularly focused on tube welding
• Strong understanding of welding symbols, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Familiarity with ASME and ISO standards related to welding and fabrication
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work with minimal defects
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in dynamic environments
• Strong problem solving abilities and capacity to troubleshoot any welding related issues
