Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of expertise in Project Management Services (CMS) for diverse projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing technical leadership, overseeing mechanical engineering aspects, and ensuring the successful execution of PMC projects.

• Provide technical expertise and leadership in mechanical engineering for CMS projects.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers within the mechanical discipline.
• Participate in the development of project plans and mechanical design concepts.
• Ensure alignment of mechanical designs with project objectives and client expectations.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the integrity of mechanical systems and components.
• Conduct regular reviews to verify compliance with project specifications.
• Act as a technical point of contact for clients, addressing mechanical engineering aspects and providing technical guidance.
• Present and discuss mechanical design proposals with clients for approval.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to integrate mechanical designs into overall project plans.
• Ensure seamless coordination between different project phases.
• Provide technical support during the construction phase, addressing queries and ensuring proper implementation of mechanical designs.
• Conduct site visits to monitor mechanical construction activities.
• Collaborate with project managers to manage budgets and resources effectively within the mechanical discipline.
• Provide accurate cost estimates for mechanical components.
• Ensure that all mechanical designs and installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities to secure necessary approvals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in mechanical engineering.
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of mechanical designs.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, with a significant focus on PMC projects.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using mechanical design software.
• Professional engineering license (PE) or relevant certifications.
• Experience in managing mechanical aspects of CMS projects in diverse sectors.
