The ideal candidate will have 18 years of experience, including 10 in infrastructural projects, and at least 3 years in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include managing project scope, budget, and quality control while coordinating with various stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and strong safety and construction knowledge are essential for this role.
