Senior Engineering Professional

Hire Resolve is partnering with leading organisations across the Saudi Arabia to recruit experienced mid-senior to senior-level engineering professionals
. These roles are well suited to engineers with strong technical expertise, proven project delivery experience, and the ability to operate within large-scale, regulated, and fast-paced environments.

This opportunity is designed to encapsulate multiple engineering disciplines and may suit professionals with backgrounds in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Process, Manufacturing, or Project Engineering
, particularly within construction, infrastructure, energy, oil & gas, utilities, and industrial sectors.

• Lead or contribute to engineering projects from concept and design through to execution and commissioning
• Apply advanced engineering principles to resolve complex technical, operational, and project-related challenges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, international codes, and health, safety, and environmental requirements
• Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and project performance
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff
• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management activities
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline)
• 7–15+ years of relevant engineering experience
  , depending on discipline and project scope
• Proven experience working on complex engineering projects within construction, infrastructure, energy, industrial, or oil & gas environments
• Strong technical expertise within your engineering discipline
• Familiarity with Saudi standards, international codes, and industry regulations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is advantageous)
• Ability to work independently and within multicultural, cross-functional teams
• Professional Engineer registration or equivalent certification is advantageous (role-dependent)
• Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools
