Position: POWER TRANSFOMER CONTROL DESIGN ENGINEER

Responsibilities

  • Design of control and protection for Power transformers and familiar with transformer protection systems and accessories
  • Responsible for producing schematic control drawing for transformer control cubical, remote‑control panel and tap changer
  • Preparation of Customer Technical Submittals including review of customer specifications
  • Deciding the control panel sizing, component selection & terminal wiring control panel general arrangement
  • Electrical circuit design of transformers with condition monitoring system and different LTC scheme i.e. MR, ABB
  • Communication with Sales, Purchase, Production, Quality Assurance departments, suppliers & customers
    • Skills
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD, EPLAN, E3 or any other control design software and MS Windows
  • Awareness of QMS, EMS Policies & standards ISO 14001 & 9001
  • Awareness of Safety & Procedures
  • Good communication & supervision skills
