TPI Inspector

About the Role

TPI Inspector – Ensure materials, equipment, and installations meet client specifications and industry standards. Perform inspections across project activities, document findings, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain compliance with SAIC, SATIP, IMS, SAC, and ISO standards.

• Implement quality control plans and documents per company expectations; implement quality system in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 17020 & 17025.
• Plan and perform periodic internal audits (process and technical) to assess deployment status; formulate corrective and preventive actions for non‑conformities and conduct follow‑up assessments.
• Perform regular internal audits of laboratory procedures, including tests, inspection activities, internal calibration, and all other aspects of the quality system as required.
• Prepare and maintain list of approved suppliers/sub‑contractors after evaluation.
• Witness fit‑up & marking details, alignment, joint configuration, and dimensions as per API
  650; select welding consumables, inspect welds, and verify weld size, finish & surface condition.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications:
  
  AWS/CSWIP, BGAS/NACE, API 510/570/653, LEEA.
• Strong knowledge of welding, painting, and inspection standards.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
