Rigging Instructor

Employment Type: Contract (Payroll managed through our partnering firm - Prime Innovation)

We are currently seeking an experienced Rigging Instructor to deliver technical training programs in Rigging and Lifting Operations for a training project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia
.

• Deliver classroom and practical training in Rigging and Lifting Operations
• Conduct competency-based training and trainee assessments
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and practical exercises
  
  Support development of written and practical tests for training programs
• Ensure workshop and training equipment are suitable for practical training
• Deliver technical presentations and support continuous improvement of training programs

• Minimum 5+ years industrial experience in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining, Power Generation, or Heavy Industry
• Strong experience in rigging and lifting operations
• Good communication and training skills for classroom and practical sessions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training documentation

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial / Technical or related field
• Training or teaching experience
• Certifications such as LEEA, OPITO, NCCCO, or IADC in Rigging / Lifting Operations
• Instructor / Assessor accreditation in Rigging or Lifting Programs
