Head of Training & Learning Excellence

A well-established education organization in Dammam seeks a Head of Training Sector to lead the design and execution of training operations. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in leadership within the education or training sector, preferably in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee compliance with regulations, manage training strategies and budgets, and foster partnerships with external training providers.

Proficiency in English is required, and Arabic is preferred, alongside relevant educational qualifications and certifications.
