Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques, fostering participant engagement, skill acquisition, and knowledge retention.

• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, top‑notch practices, and developments in training methodologies, infusing pertinent innovations into training plans.
• Measure the success of training with assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, consistently refining content and approaches to heighten the learning experience.

• Learning Management Systems (LMS):
  Proficient in utilizing and managing LMS platforms to deliver, track, and evaluate training initiatives, ensuring seamless access and progress tracking for all participants.
