Event Coordinator, Creative Arts​/Media

The Event Coordinator supports planning, logistics, and on-ground execution of events and exhibitions. This role connects clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality results.

• Assist Project Manager in planning timelines, schedules, and event logistics.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and venues for bookings and approvals.
• Prepare checklists, vendor lists, and action plans for each event.
• Support installation, setup, and site inspections before event launch.
• Handle documentation: permits, invoices, delivery notes, and reports.
• Communicate with clients to confirm requirements and status updates.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage wrap-up process and contribute to post-event reporting.

• 1–3 years experience in events, exhibitions, or project coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle pressure during event days.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Arabic required;
  English preferred.
• Valid driving license preferred.
• Problem-solving on-site
