We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with proven expertise in sports stadium construction and maintenance. The role requires strong project management capabilities in building construction, on-site supervision, and maintenance of large-scale facilities, ensuring compliance with international building codes and quality standards.
Responsibilities- Supervise and manage civil construction and maintenance activities for sports stadiums, residential, office, and light industrial facilities.
- Oversee on-site construction works, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, time, budget, and quality standards.
- Plan, program, estimate, and schedule construction and maintenance activities, ensuring effective resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with IBC, plumbing codes, and other applicable US or European building codes.
- Conduct site inspections, surveying, and site setting-out activities to ensure accuracy in execution.
- Review and interpret technical drawings.
