About the job Business Development Manager (Electrical Solutions)Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our client's team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the electrical system solutions industry, with a proven track record in sales, business growth, and strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to drive business expansion and market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Build business relationships and proactively support partners, internal teams, and customers.
- Achieve designated sales targets within your territory.
- Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Prepare and execute business plans and bids, identifying and developing new market opportunities in the assigned geographical area and segments.
- Generate demand for JEFs Technical Services through a constant and tailored approach towards Power and Oil & Gas Utilities, Process Industries, Engineering Studies & Consultancy.
- Develop the business by identifying qualified opportunities and converting them into sustainable business.
- Organize, plan, and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering; a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage.
- Proven professional experience as an electrical sales engineer or a related role.
- Minimum of 7 years of industry work experience in selling technical services directly to ARAMCO, SEC, SABIC, etc.
- Ability to drive and travel extensively around the region and outside the base location depending on business requirements.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to work cohesively with stakeholders to maximize output.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, good organizational skills, and strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Fluency in English is a must; business communication in Arabic is an advantage.
