Responsibility
  • Type and proof-read letters, memoranda, reports, tabulations and statistical data from drafts.
  • Receive incoming and outgoing mail and route them to the concerned personnel.
  • Maintain up-to-date files, records and manuals.
  • Serve as the office receptionist and answer telephone calls.
  • Work on personal computers and be familiar with computer applications such as, but not limited to, Windows, Word Processors and Spreadsheets.
  • Qualification
  • Have four (4) years College Degree Education.
  • Have five (5) years proven experience in performing a variety of finished clerical WORK and knowledge for normal business practices.
  • Have good command of spoken English and have the ability to write good English in order to draft grammatically correct reports and correspondence independently.
  • Have the ability to type at a high rate and understand and be able to work on personal computers and shall be proficient in computer applications such as Windows and Microsoft Office.
