Accounts Payable Lead

We are looking for an Accounts Payable (AP) Lead for one of our multinational clients in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The Accounts Payable Lead will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. This role involves overseeing the AP team, developing payment strategies, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

• Oversee the verification, processing, and recording of invoices, ensuring they match purchase orders and receipts.
• Develop and implement strategies for timely and accurate payment of invoices.
• Prepare and present regular reports on accounts payable status and performance.
• Supervise and mentor the accounts payable team, ensuring their professional development.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to accounts payable.
• Accuracy in assessing vendor financial stability and recommending actions.
