AE - Stock Associate

Job Description

Base pay range: $17.50/yr - $19.25/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador and Stock Associate, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You support the team both in the Stockroom and on the floor, represent AEO values, and bring your authentic self to work each day.

• Keep product moving by processing shipments, replenishing, marking down, and merchandising in a timely, efficient manner.
• Maintain the Stockroom as an organized, productive workspace, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures stay in order.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate them to store leadership, create a plan, and take action to improve layout.
• Assist teammates with non‑stock tasks or guest service as needed, demonstrating strong teamwork.
• Follow safety and asset‑protection standards, and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures.

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and strong time‑management skills.
• Flexible availability early morning, late evening, weekends, and other shifts.
• Prior experience in a stock‑related position.

• Pay determined by experience, location, and role responsibilities.
