This is a part-time on-site Assistant role located in Daly City, CA. The Assistant will support daily store operations, assist customers with purchases and inquiries, organize and restock merchandise, and maintain a clean and visually appealing shopping environment. Staying informed about the latest fashion trends and product offerings is expected to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Co-manage a team of 8-10 team members.

• Customer service skills, including communication and problem-solving to assist customers effectively.
• Merchandising and organizational skills to ensure products are displayed and restocked appropriately.
• Understanding of current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide valuable style recommendations.
• Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and deliver a positive in-store experience.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Management experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
