We’re looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer service, training new recruits, and supporting daily operations to meet sales targets.

What You'll Do

Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages repeat visits through product knowledge and customer service skills.

Support store operations by stepping in when needed, including covering the sales floor and assisting with opening and closing the store.

Operate the register, process transactions, and promote sales using store benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.

Understand sales goals and KPIs such as UPT and ADT.

Assist with store layout, planogram changes, and merchandising.

Communicate fashion and music trends to management and headquarters.

Contribute to store security and prevent theft in collaboration with management.

Maintain stockroom organization and store tidiness.

Help develop a passionate, collaborative team to run the store.

Perform other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need

Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills.

A high school diploma or GED.

Ability to navigate the store environment, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
