Retail Front End Supervisor

Retail Front End Supervisor - Full-Time at Burlington Stores, Inc.

Location: Daly City, CA 94015 (Store 01571)

Base Pay: $19.07 - $21.07 per hour

As a Retail Front End Supervisor, you’ll be an integral part of the store leadership team, working with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources. This leadership position is a stepping-stone to a management role within our organization. We’re looking for a self-starter who can supervise store operations efficiently and effectively and who values building strong teams and partnerships to drive results.

• Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration
• Resolve issues and make informed decisions to ensure exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to minimize shrink
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings
• Support Community Relations participation through company programs and partnerships
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and to stand and walk for extended periods
