Shift Manager
Our restaurant is owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee owns the rights to use McDonald’s logos and food products but is a separate employer. All employment matters—including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling—are handled by the franchisee. McDonald’s USA has no control over these matters.
ResponsibilitiesManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate a smooth transition.
They may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and helping their assigned departments meet goals.

- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
- Strong passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Pay rate:
Starting at $20.25 per hour.
