San Mateo County Health seeks an experienced Supervising Physician to lead the Daly City Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing comprehensive primary care to nearly 7,000 patients. The clinic offers adult, pediatric, podiatry, and dental care, with integrated behavioral health, social work, and pharmacy support. The Supervising Physician will work with a skilled team to ensure patient-centered, data-driven healthcare delivery.

• Provide 50% direct patient care and 50% leadership & supervision
• Oversee adult, pediatric, podiatry, and dental services
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including RNs, behavioral health professionals, and social workers
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and operational excellence
• Mentor and supervise licensed medical staff

• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
• Minimum 2 years of primary care experience and 6 months in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
