Overview
As a Security Officer - Industrial Entry Patrol in Dalton, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in Manufacturing & Industrial environments and more. This is a Part-Time role that offers flexibility to build a schedule and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter security-related incidents, maintain a secure environment, and provide outstanding customer service and communication.

Job Schedule:
Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM;
Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and observe for irregularities.
- Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
- Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors while monitoring access and maintaining a visible presence.
- Assist with access control procedures for personnel and vehicles entering and leaving the location.
- Support emergency response efforts and follow protocols for alarm or incident response as directed by Allied Universal and site management.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control or badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
