Big Rig Lending, LLC is an online marketplace lender specializing in commercial vehicle lending with nationwide coverage. We currently seek experienced Leads Specialists who will develop and enhance relationships for new and recurring business in an innovative inside‑sales environment. This is an onsite, in‑person position based in Dalton, GA.

• Follow up on identified customer leads.
• Manage leads in the system.
• Collaborate with peers to increase and convert leads into closed loans.
• Explain risks and benefits of various products and help select the most appropriate product based on the customer’s needs.
• Review and follow up on leads daily by contacting prospective customers via telephone and/or email in an attempt to obtain loan applications.
• Conduct quality assurance checks of all documents and processes.
• Meet or exceed minimum goal requirements based on company objectives.

• 1‑3 years in leads management, project management, loan origination, or a closely related field with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Prior mortgage origination, commercial lending, consumer lending, insurance sales, and/or collections experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Ability to interact effectively primarily over the telephone and through email.
• Attention to detail and strong prioritizing and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal, active listening, critical‑thinking, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility to work various daytime schedules.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.

Job Type: Full‑time. Base rate: $16 per hour with Jacobs total compensation ranging from $39,000 to briefly over $45,000 per year.
