Paramount Printing is looking for a dependable and detail-focused Fulfillment Order Puller to support our warehouse and production operations. This hybrid role involves picking and packing, as well as assembly duties depending on business needs. The ideal candidate will ensure safe handling and accurate placement of goods using forklifts and other equipment, maintaining inventory integrity and contributing to overall operational efficiency.

• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move, load, and unload goods.
• Perform inventory checks using barcode scanners, record counts, weights, and tags.
• Safely wrap and package shipments using shrink wrap and other materials.
• Assist in delivery truck loading/unloading and maintain accurate shipping documentation.
• Assemble, glue, decorate, finish, or package products as required.
• Conduct periodic quality checks and adjust procedures to meet production needs.
• Perform data entry and maintain updated inventory records.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in training sessions.

• Forklift experience required.
• Strong attention to detail; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and understanding of inventory procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
