Job description:
We are seeking an Ink Technician with experience in water-based ink mixing and color matching. This is a hands-on, in-plant role supporting production by preparing accurate, high-quality inks.
Responsibilities:
- Mix, weigh, and prepare water-based inks according to specifications.
- Perform precise color matching and press toning.
- Deliver press-ready inks to production lines.
- Maintain documentation, including adjustments and returns.
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow all required PPE and safety procedures.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with water-based inks.
- Flexographic printing, color formulation, and color matching experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
